I'm a 21 year music student looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom apartment with me in Melville. Must be a clean individual who respects others and their living space.
The place is R7500 rent a month excluding water and electric bills. This means we'll be each paying R3750 towards rent. We can split Groceries, Water and Electricity putting in a certain amount.
If interested please contact me ASAP as I'm looking to pay the deposit over this period so that I can move in early next year.
